Brandon R. Crumpton | President

Brandon is a graduate of Wingate University with a degree in Music Business. Brandon has been in the entertainment and events industry for 11 years.

His journey began as a member of the events programming board at Wingate University. He later interned with a local booking agency here in Charlotte, who then hired him upon graduation. Brandon worked his way up from Assistant to General Manager in only 5 years.

His next step in his professional career landed him at TRIP Hospitality Resources. Brandon assisted with the company’s two publications, TRIP Magazine, and Charlotte Hospitality News. This move gave him a better background in sales, and a wider understanding of Charlotte’s events and tourism industry.

Brandon was encouraged by TRIP’s owner, Charlotte’s best musicians, family, and friends to get back into the entertainment industry; thus, Key Signature Entertainment was born. Representing some of North Carolina’s most talented and professional acts, Key Signature provides live entertainment for private parties and special events.

Brandon has lived in the Charlotte area for 10 years. He has recently married the love of his life and is looking forward to all of the challenges that await him.

Dorian Storelli | Account Executive

Dorian is the newest member of the Key Signature team. Previous to working at Key Signature, Dorian was the Event Sales Manager for Jillian's, a full service entertainment facility, in Charlotte. At Jillian’s she was responsible for building revenue through the sales of corporate and social events. Prior to working at Jillian’s, she worked as the Sales and Marketing Manager for Motorsports-Authentics, the leader in sales and marketing for NASCAR. Her role at Motorsports-Authentics consisted of booking the National Show Car Program, executing the Driver Appearances, and assisting in sales to the NASCAR retailers across the country. Dorian also has experience as the Support Coordinator at Ford Motor Credit where she handled Annual Golf Outings, Grass Roots meetings, and Regional Training Sessions.

Dorian went to Appalachian State. She is originally from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. and Boone, NC but has lived in the Charlotte area for 14 years.

Julian Grimes | Production Manager

Julian Grimes is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, achieving Bachelor's Degrees in both Art, concentrating in Graphic Design, and Mechanical Engineering. After graduating, Julian joined TRIP Hospitality Resources, publisher of TRIP Magazine and Charlotte Hospitality News, as the Production Manager and Graphic Designer. He then took an internship with RITZ Marketing, where he honed his design skills and gained agency experience. As a result of his experience and connections made through RITZ, Julian was able to land a Brand Designer position with Food Lion, LLC/Delhaize America. He has recently stepped into a new role as the Art Director for the Charlotte Chamber.
