Kent Steel- born in Detroit Mich. Brought his many talents to the state of NC, where he graduated from High School playing Guitar, Piano & Percussion and used them to carry him around the US, along with his strong Vocal abilities. Playing with many major acts and living the life of a musician on the road, has taught this music man the ropes of playing as a single performer from coast to coast and with his own bands, he knows how to keep the crowd jumpin to his music. A hit single called “2nd Floor on my Trailer” comes from his experience of living in a 4 x 8 trailer and wishing it had a 2nd floor on it, reached #1 on the independent Country Charts over seas and received rave reviews in the states as well. Dave Bennett- Former guitar player for the band Head East comes from Rockford Ill and has been playing Guitar, singing and writing music all his life, just like his partner Kent, he also has many major credits to his name and experience abounding and when they met for the 1st time it was an instant friendship, the team decided to form a band called KSX which later downsized to the power Duo that they are today “Not Me” and this group makes the perfect act for any occasion or event, with their wide variety and fun attitudes.
